Servicing Your Bulk Vending Route

The first thing to think about when starting your bulk vending route is location. The second thought should be on the specifics of your route. Ease of commute from machine to machine is key to building a smooth business..

Once you have your route mapped out, think about separating your routes into clusters. By separating your route into clusters (ex: 10 square mile groups), you will open yourself up to increased mobility while allowing yourself  extra time, as one never knows when a machine will need servicing beyond a regular refill. Ideally, you would aim to take one route to your vending “cluster” area while taking a different route on the way back passing different sets of machines and opening more options to service different these machines along your route. This will help you manage your time and service more machines without going too far out of your way during one service day.
